    Additional communication such as product sourcing, visuals, resources, tips from the organizer to the client will be sent via email after the consultation.

    Periodic maintenance sessions available to help you sustain already organized space.

  • We incorporate the homeowner's furniture and accessories to accentuate the room's intended use, creating an atmosphere that is both cozy and welcoming to the buyer's.

    We can stage empty properties with neutral pieces of decor for an extra fee and quoted separately.

  • In - Home Organizing

    4-6 hour daily sessions: $45/hr

    Two organizers discounted rate: $40/hr each. Ideal for organizing garages, basements and cluttered spaces.

    Monthly Maintenance session available for previously organized events: $35/hr

    Light Staging Services

    BASIC package: $500

    Includes staging of four (4) interior rooms/spaces including the family room, kitchen, primary bedroom, and one bathroom.

    DELUXE package: $1000

    Includes staging of the four (4) spaces in our basic package, plus two (2) additional interior rooms/spaces interior rooms, the entryway and patio/deck.

    PREMIUM package: 2,000+

    Includes staging, de-cluttering, and light packing of up to ten (10) interior rooms/spaces. Price available at time of free in-home estimate.
